Basic Thai

Learning the basic of cooking Thai food in your kitchen with Apa will inform you about basic Thai ingredients, cooking techniques and cutting tips. Courses are hands on and practical. You will prep and cook with my instruction, also you will be given recipes hand out so you can practice it on your own.

The emphasis of cooking is to understand the ingredients and flavors and to use your senses to make adjustment while you cook. There is no previous cooking experience needed. 

From this course you will get fully hands on experience from friendly and knowledgeable Thai chef. All ingredients will be provided. You will have a good portion of food you cooked to enjoy for your dinner.
